The Chief:
3 Minutes AMRAP x 5 Rounds
3 Power Cleans (62.5/45)
6 Push-Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute between AMRAP
Start each AMRAP where you left off at the end of the previous. Count total rounds and reps completed.

Advanced Training

A) 4 Rounds for Time:
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
20 Wallballs (9/6)

B) 5 Rounds for Time:
80/60 Calories on the Assault Bike
20 Burpees
