Deadlift Set 1: 8 Reps @ 60% 1 RM, Set 2: 6 Reps @ 70%, Set 3: 4 Reps @ 80%, Set 4: 2 Reps @ 85%, Set 5: 1 Rep @ 95%, Set 6: 1 Rep @ 100+%

Conditioning:

3 Runden von folgenden Übungen zu je 40 Sekunden Work, 20 Sekunden Rest: a) Wild Rope, b) Farmers Hold, c) Alternating Lunges, d) Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
