Every 90 Seconds for 15 Minutes (10 Sets) of: 1 Hang Power Snatch, 1 Power Snatch

Conditioning:

3 Runden von folgenden Übungen zu je 40 Sekunden Work, 20 Sekunden Rest: a) Wild Rope, b) Russian Twist, c) Sledgehammer Strikes, d) Shuttle Run, e) Slam Ball Shots, f) Kettlebell Swings

Box Jumps
